    Very good

Location was perfect, room was renovated lately

Due to the renovation, there was an unpleasent smell in the coridor and in the room.

We were a group of 3 girls and 1 guy studying abroad in Italy, and were going to Rome for the weekend. The booking process was painless, and the price we got couldn't be beat! Upon arriving, the front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming. Another one of our roommates had decided to join our trip to Rome, but didn't have a hotel to stay in so she had asked the front desk if they had any rooms available. They didn't have any available, but he offered to add an extra bed in our room for her at a very reasonable price! The room was also very clean and modern!

The only thing we didn't like was that you could hear the people having breakfast upstairs walking around in the morning. But really - that's just a minor setback, and didn't ruin our overall stay in the least bit.

To get out of it in the morning. Breakfast ok, personal ok.

It's not a hotel but a bb in a private house which was very complicated to find. Lots of stairs to climb until arriving at the right floor. Room was large but tv didn't work, no toilet paper, noisy in the morning in the residence. 150.- € is much for these conditions.

This hotel was disgusting and very poor value for money. The hotel should be classified as “super-budget”. I booked through Booked.net for my wife and I, two children and a baby. The hotel did not get the baby details as part of the booking (they blamed Booked.net) and did not have a baby cot in the hotel even though it advertises as having them free of charge. The room was advertised as a "quadruple" when in fact it was a standard double with two small beds pushed together in the corner. The sheets and towels were not properly washed with detergent and smelled dirty and stale, as did the room. This made sleeping difficult. The walls are paper-thin and you could hear the people in the room next door talking. The aircon did not work. The room had waist-height windows with no safety barriers for kids. The breakfast buffet was very low quality with nothing fresh other than the bread. My kids, who will generally eat anything, left most of their breakfast untouched. This is a $50 room masquerading as a $230 room. Also, the hotel does not highlight that it is on the second floor with only a very small lift that is too small for a standard size pushchair. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Take it off your list now!

It was a lovely cosy traditional B&B. We had a 5 bedroomed room and it was clean and maintained well daily. Nice clean towels every day, friendly service, small breakfast area but fine and the location is literally 2 mins from the Pantheon,

This is not suitable for people with difficulties with steps, There are 2 flights of stairs to the reception !! They really need to refurbish the front door and the entrance area too - such a bad first impression on a lovely property,

The location is fantastic. Right at the back of the pantheon and within walking distance of everything. Staff at the hotel were lovely, always helpful and always smiling.

It's basic accommodation however always clean and our room 123 had a great bathroom.

The location and the breakfest were great. Also, the hotel is in a old building and in the middle of small streets, giving a very nice feeling of Rome! Very "imersive".

Poorly indicated. It is really kind of hard to find the hotel from the street and then from inside de buildind (it's in the third floor). They could also change the towels and beds instead of just folding them everyday...

Staff for the most part were really great.

size of the room, location of the room. Asked for double beds - got a king bed. Hard to find hotel. Shower was extremely small, hair dryer was awful.

The location is this hotel's best asset. Although somewhat difficult to find at first (for taxi too). Wifi access was good.

Noise in hallways from other guests (can hear everything in lobby & hallways), thin walls too, giving up your room key everytime you leave is obnoxious, breakfast buffet is just ok. Although the bathroom was clean & bed made each day, the tile floor in the hotel room was never cleaned & left the bottom of our feet dirty each day.

The location was amazing - and the staff was wonderful

There was a small leak in the bathroom when you used the tub. But it was minor.

    It was clean

We had 5 families staying at the hotel, but when we were checking in they informed one of the families that they didn't have a room for them (although the family had 2 confirmations). While they did get the family a room at another hotel, this cause a great inconvience for our group and basically put a damper on what otherwise was a great vacation. The worse part was that the staff did not seem concerned about the inconvience.

The staff at the Pantheon were extremely helpful, especially the manager. He spent over an hour on the phone arranging things for us and made us feel valued and welcome. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the location was unbeatable.

The stairs were a bit noisy, as it is an old building, but that was really part of the charm of the hotel.

    The location.

Hotel not clearly marked from outside. Difficult to locate and the flight of stairs to get to hotel level bothersome. The elevator lift small and could hardly accommodate my husband, teenage son and 2 large suitcases. Our room was right below the dining room. The hotel should update flooring and stairs to decrease noise. We were awaken early in the morning by the creaking as employees prepared breakfast, then early rising hotel guests. Also, a sign asking guests to be courteous of the guest below the dining room. Again, we were awaken by guests who stayed up late and used the dining room as a sitting room and laughed the night away. I would recommend this hotel but warn others to make sure dining room isn't above theirs.

The location is excellent in that it's right around the corner of Patheon and Nanova square. The view from the entrance and stairs of the hotel is also pleasing, rustic and old tone, I should say. My kids and wife didn't seem to appreciate, though.

We stayed three nights at a quadruple room. As soon as checked in, we discovered that the bathtub is clogged (very slow flush) and the glue between the tub and wall were worn out here and there. The wall was leaking to the room. Lot of molds have been built up. I complained this multiple times. They didn't take care of anything until we left. Absolutely not again to this inn.
